Senior Recruiter

About the role: 

We are in search of an experienced, talented and driven Senior Recruiter for a fast-growing technology start-up in the hospitality sector based in New York City. We have more than doubled our team size in the past year, growing from 65 employees to 135, in over 16 different countries, and we're continuing to expand! We are a company that takes great pride in our team and our culture and are looking for a team member to help us find and hire the very best talent globally.



  • Work with our Talent Acquisition team to drive recruitment for all departments in ALICE
  • Source and engage top talent for active roles and future roles
  • Ensure a best in class candidate experience for everyone we meet
  • Screen and interview candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics while optimizing our process with the trends you’re seeing
  • Drive the selection and offer process - negotiating offers as needed
  • Coach and train hiring managers and interviewers


Qualifications and Skills

  • 3 - 6+ years of experience with 1+ years experience at a fast growing software company, hiring for technical roles.
  • Strong technical acumen and an understanding of basic engineering principles and functions for development
  • Possesses large network in the tech community with the ability to develop creative sourcing strategies to find and attract passive candidates
  • Ability to prioritize in a frequently changing environment
  • Candidate-first mentality and a passion for creating a top-notch candidate experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent listening and observation skills
  • Proven understanding of HR systems, best practices, and ideally employment law
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Native or highly fluent English abilities

About ALICE:

By joining all of the departments of your hotel with a single operations platform for internal communication and task management, ALICE helps your staff act as a team to provide consistently excellent service.
