About ALICE:

By joining all of the departments of your hotel with a single operations platform for internal communication and task management, ALICE helps your staff act as a team to provide consistently excellent service. ALICE’s main product - ALICE Suite - brings together your front office, concierge, housekeeping, and maintenance teams, and connects your guests to your hotel with our app and text messaging tools. The ALICE platform is also available as specialized software and mobile applications for your staff (ALICE Staff), your concierge (ALICE Concierge) and your guests (ALICE Guest). Each module can be integrated with your PMS and third party management systems. ALICE’s partners include 3-5 star independent and managed hotels, hotel groups, residential condominiums, serviced apartments, vacation rental companies, and concierge companies looking to provide exceptional service through mobile staff technology and guest communication channels. Third-party service providers also leverage the ALICE API. ALICE was founded in 2013 by Justin Effron, Alex Shashou, and Dmitry Koltunov, and has raised $39M to date. 


In the role of Senior Sales Executive, you’ll be a key member of the sales team helping to scale ALICE into new markets within the US.  You’ll report into the VP of Sales and will be responsible for closing new business with hotels as well as mid-sized and large hotel groups within a given market.  An ideal candidate will have an existing network of hotel executives, a proven track record of surpassing sales goals and a stellar reputation within the industry.

Desired Candidate:

  • 7+ years of hotel technology sales 
  • Existing network/rolodex of hotel executives a plus
  • Deep understanding of hotel technology ecosystem
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Self motivated and results driven
  • Ability to manage complex decision making processes

Job Duties:

  • Proactively engage existing network of hotel executives 
  • Actively prospect and sell to decision makers at hotels and hotel groups
  • Drive new business through strategic thinking and outbound sales tactics
  • Understand a prospect's problems and provide solutions
  • Report on sales activity, pipeline and performance in Salesforce 
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of future business
  • Attend conferences and networking events to generate new business and promote ALICE
  • Become the face of ALICE in a given market
