Recruiter (3+ month Contract)

This is a 3 month contract with the opportunity to extend.

 

About the role: 

We are in search of an experienced, talented and driven Recruiter (3 month contract with the opportunity to extend) for a fast-growing technology start-up in the hospitality sector based in New York City. We have team members in 14 different countries and we're continuing to expand! We are a company that takes great pride in our team and our culture and are looking for a team member to help us find and hire the very best talent globally.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with our Talent Acquisition team to drive recruitment for all departments in ALICE
  • Source and engage top talent for active roles and future roles
  • Ensure a best in class candidate experience for everyone we meet
  • Screen and interview candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics while optimizing our process with the trends you’re seeing

 

Qualifications and Skills

  •  2 - 4+ years of experience with 1+ years experience at a fast growing software company
  • Strong technical acumen and an understanding of basic engineering principles and functions for development
  • Possesses large network in the tech community with the ability to develop creative sourcing strategies to find and attract passive candidates
  • Ability to prioritize in a frequently changing environment
  • Candidate-first mentality and a passion for creating a top-notch candidate experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent listening and observation skills
  • Proven understanding of HR systems, best practices, and ideally employment law
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Native or highly fluent English abilities
