Product Manager

About the Role

We take on the complex logistics of running every department in a hotel through a unified platform. Our mission is to improve the hospitality experience through technology built for the industry. Our vision is building a global operating system for delivering hospitality that guests dream of.

We are looking for a PM to drive the next generation of ALICE products. The PM role operates across the entire lifecycle of the product, from research, to design, to development, to testing and release. We need a structured thinker who can synthesize diverse feedback and turn a vision into a clear plan of action. This is an opportunity to shepherd ideas from conception through to a live product and beyond. The PM will become an expert on the inner workings of the ALICE platform and have a tangible impact on the user base of the largest industry in the world. We all came to hospitality from other industries and love applying a diverse perspective to problem-solving. We are a small team with a big vision, and this is a chance to see how a product comes to life from the ground up.


Market Orientation

  • Develop a deep understanding of the problems and opportunities, the market size and competitive offerings
  • Develop and manage product vision, strategy, roadmap, features, and releases to deliver compelling and differentiated solutions to the market
  • Define the characteristics and motivations of the users and buyers and the target markets and segments to which they belong  
  • Collaborate with ALICE teams and the partner landscape to create a fast, economical and scalable path to market

Focus & Prioritization

  • Continuously gather and prioritize ideas, requirements, and market feedback using systematic techniques to introduce new offerings and to improve existing products
  • Define and implement KPIs and metrics to monitor adoption, usage, quality, and customer satisfaction of products and features delivered to market

Quality Execution

  • Work with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, quality assurance and release managers to deliver the targeted functionality on time with high quality
  • Collaborate with ALICE functions to define and achieve individual and product goals  in-line with company objectives
  • Own and/or contribute to efforts to identify, implement and improve repeatable and scalable processes for managing product workflows


  • Articulate the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and features to ALICE teams, customers and the market
  • Communicate product / team goals, achievements, deviations, and escalations to team members, pods and executing in a timely manner


  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in a startup environment
  • Experience should include at least 2 years of managing product lifecycle for B2B SaaS offering
  • 1-3 years Software development experience is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative or Engineering Discipline (CS preferred). MBA is a plus.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex topics for audiences of varying technical / business acumen
  • Excellent listening skills with an acute sense to pick-up on customer and market problems
  • Ability to effectively manage time and resources to solve complex problems in a fast-moving environment
  • Basic data manipulation (Excel, Google Spreadsheets, SQL) is a must. Demonstrable advanced skills in data and business intelligence will be a differentiator.
  • Ability and willingness to travel globally
