Product Marketing Manager

About the Role

ALICE is looking for a B2B product marketing rockstar to tell the story of our platform offerings: Service Delivery, Guest Messaging, Housekeeping, Preventative Maintenance, and Guest Services (Concierge).

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager has a passion for technology and understanding customer challenges. They are creative and love to write, with a relentless focus on compelling value propositions and high-quality content. This role is highly collaborative and requires a strong track record of planning, building, and managing product messaging and launches to drive awareness, demand, and pipeline. The ideal candidate is excited by the challenge of working cross-functionally at a fast-paced, hyper-growth company.


  • Work closely with sales and product management to understand customer needs and buying behavior
  • Develop core product messaging and storylines
  • Develop launch plans and drive product messaging throughout go-to-market activities
  • Define and execute a content strategy to support campaigns including collateral, videos, presentations, and blogs
  • Create, maintain, and deliver sales and partner enablement documentation and  training
  • Deep knowledge of customer research and competitive analysis 
  • Participate in industry events.

Experience Profile: relevant past experience (Requirements)

  • 3+ years B2B product marketing experience 
  • SaaS experience preferred, hospitality technology experience a plus
  • BS/BA degree
  • Excellent written and spoken communications
