Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our People team! As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will work closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced organization.

This ideal candidate will be extremely organized, collaborate effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess excellent  communication skills, and enjoy the challenges of helping to grow a start-up.   • Scheduling candidate interviews and phone screens with hiring managers and other key business stakeholders. directly with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email in a timely manner.
  • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiencies.
  • Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.



  • Has excellent computer skills including Google Office Suite and Calendar management tools.
  • Possesses the ability to multitask, prioritize and complete a high volume of tasks and projects with limited to no guidance.  Is a self-starter and proactively raises questions to recruiting team and hiring managers.
  • Has exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to switch gears quickly.
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity in confidential candidate matters.
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals internally and externally..
  • Make smart and timely decisions; understand when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve other parties.
  • React with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.
  • Think ahead and troubleshoot; remove obstacles before they become problems..
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of recruiting coordinator, administrative or HR experience.
  • Experience with JazzHR and BambooHR is a plus.
