Sales Coordinator

About the Role

ALICE is looking for a full-time remote Sales Coordinator to help with the organization and coordination of our growing sales team. This role will be responsible for performing daily tasks that assist our Sales Team including scheduling meetings, prospect outreach, and acting as a liaison between our Sales Managers and prospective customers. This role will work primarily on Eastern Standard Time with some work during Central and West Coast Time Zones. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers through strong written and verbal communication 
  • Assist in managing and progressing towards KPI and key metrics set out by the Sales and Marketing team 
  • Work closely with the Sales Development Representative in managing leads and scheduling Sales Managers for demos
  • Develop a trusting and long term relationship with our accounts
  • Support Sales Managers in managing prospects and customers in SalesForce
  • Assist in preparation for travel and trade shows 

Experience Profile: relevant past experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in either a SaaS environment or hospitality industry.
  • Experience with CRMs, particularly Salesforce
  • Experience assisting a team of individuals in managing schedules and tasks 
  • Previous experience editing legal documents 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in working with Google Drive and Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
  • Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
